Roanoke Man Arrested for Stealing Trailer Full of Tools and Equipment

FRANKLIN COUNTY – A Roanoke man has been arrested for stealing a trailer on July 25 in the Bridgewater area of Franklin County, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

Security camera footage captured the theft in progress.

Gustavo Martinez Gonzalez, 40, of Roanoke was arrested Wednesday, July 28. Investigators were able to get a confession in full from Gonzalez and charged him with grand larceny.

The trailer was found and returned to the victims, investigators say.
