Cougars Beat Ferrum 15-5 in Women’s Lacrosse

DANVILLE, Va. — Ferrum College dropped a non-conference women’s lacrosse game to Averett University Tuesday, March 12, on the road, falling 15-5 at Campbell Stadium.

THE BASICS
Micaela Harvey had three goals to lead the Panthers and Kaitlyn Harley two goals and made one assist. Alixis Roccia dominated the game for Averett, scoring six goals and adding an assist.
Ferrum goalkeeper Shaianne Ermini (L, 1-3) played all 60 minutes in net, making 13 saves. Breanne Sawall (W, 4-2) did the same for Averett, posting 10 stops.
