Kevin James Jefferson, age 50 of Burton Lake Road, Chatham passed away Friday, September 6, 2024 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born June 1, 1974.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Luke and Estelle Jefferson; maternal grandparents, Drewry and Erma David; and his mother, Bernice D. Palmer.

Surviving are his children, Katelyn and Lucas Jefferson; father, Sammy Jefferson; sister, Shannon Wagner (Wayne); step father, Steve Palmer; and step-siblings, Jessica Reed, Jennifer Palmer and Jonathan Palmer. Kevin was employed by Times Fiber.

He loved spending time with his children, family and friends. He especially loved helping coach Lucas’ ball team. Services will be private.
