Danny Lee McPherson II, age 54 of Callaway, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025. He was born on August 13, 1971 and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed and Irene McPherson and Winn and Nannie Beckner.

Danny is survived by his parents Dan and Liz McPherson; brother, Travis (Katherine); nephew, Tyler (Samantha-Ann) McPherson; nieces, Hannah and Emma McPherson and great-niece, Grace-Ann McPherson. He will also be greatly missed by many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and racing buddies.

Danny’s pride and joy were Ringo and Pebbles his beloved border collies.

Visitation will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2026 and services to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Gregory Poff officiating. Interment will follow in the Beckner Family Cemetery. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
