Grace Faye Turner, age 66 of Rocky Mount died Wednesday, June 18, 2025. She was born November 19, 1958 and was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Bell Ellis and Shirley Mae Robertson Ellis. Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Gary Turner; children, Nicky (Tabitha) Ellis, Travis Turner, Shannon Turner, Dana (Katie) Turner, Gary Ray Turner, Amy Turner; grandchildren, MaKayla, Hayden, Alyssa, Joshua, Raylynn, Bella, Bayleigh, and one on the way September 2025; great-grandchild, Journee; brothers, Wayne (Donna) Ellis and Gary Lee Ellis; her twin brother, Ronnie Ray Ellis; many special nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Special thanks to Carilion Hospice Nurses, Helen, Sabrina, Susan and Suzanna for their care. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Franklin Memorial Park with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. There will be no visitation.
