William Gene Gibson

April 7, 1946 – October 11, 2024

William Gene Gibson, age 78 passed away Friday, October 11, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Edna Gibson and his wife, Barbara J. Gibson. He is survived by his sons, Bill Gibson, Jr. (Daris) and Doug Gibson (Stephanie); his daughter, Lisa Gibson, along with 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Bill was an Engineer in the United States Army and worked at Buck Company, Inc. for 46 years where he retired from. He loved hunting, motorcycles and old western movies, but most of all he loved his family who he would do anything for. A visitation will be held at Flora Funeral Service, Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to your local Hospice or Veterans Affairs Center.
