Justin Robert Procter, age 21 of Rocky Mount passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Funeral services will be conducted at Faith Fellowship Church, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024 with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery (Vinton). His family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
