Thomas “Tommy” Franklin Bousman, Jr.,

Thomas “Tommy” Franklin Bousman, Jr., age 87 of Rocky Mount, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Bousman; parents, Thomas Sr. and Elsie Bousman; sister and brother-in-law, Otha and Mary Hurt. Surviving are his son, Frank Bousman (Lisa); daughter, Sue Murphy (James); four grandchildren, Amber Sigmon (Matt), Amelia Bousman, Hannah and Jimmy Murphy; great-granddaughters, Allison and Bryleigh Sigmon; along with many nieces and nephews. Tommy was a longtime member of Furnace Creek Baptist Church and retired from M.W. Windows. He was also a United States Army Veteran. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2022 with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
