Cherish Elizabeth Bower

Our beloved Cherish Elizabeth Bower of Roanoke went to be with the Lord and join her mom in heaven on Thursday, December 2, 2021. She was born April 28, 1988 and lived to be 33 years old. Her pride and joy were the little ones she left behind and she will be forever cherished and loved by her dear family and friends. Cherish was preceded in death by her mother, Cinda Lou Bower Ruff. Surviving are her fiancé, Dean Holdren; daughters, Linda Fay, Ella Kay Holdren and Shania Nicole Flora; sister, Subrinna Lou Ruff; grandparents, Sue and Cecil Bower; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be conduced at Flora Funeral Chapel, 10 a.m. Monday, December 6, 2021. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Old German Baptist Brethren Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
