Rise and Shine Kitchen: Joyce’s World-Famous Cucumber Sandwiches
Joyce’s Cucumber Sandwiches
1 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese ( low fat if you like)
2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 package of Italian Dressing Mix
Dash of garlic salt
1 tsp.of lemon juice
1 bunch green onions chopped fine (include tops)
1 large English Cucumber
Dill Weed
Small slices of bread baguette
Have cream cheese at room temperature, add the next 6 ingredients, and mix well.
Mixture is better if it is made the day before, and refrigerated.
Spread the slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture; add a slice of thinly sliced
cucumber. Sprinkle dill weed on the top and enjoy.
