Franklin Co. Public Schools to Remain Closed Until After September 7, Board Decides

ROCKY MOUNT – Franklin County Public Schools School Board votes to move start of 2020-2021 school year until after Labor Day, September 7, for all students. The student schedule is still to be determined. Teachers would return two weeks prior to Labor Day.

Monday night’s vote passed 5-3 with Cosmato, Greer and Hambrick opposing.
