Two Men Sought in Armed Robbery at Stanleytown Foodlion
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a robbery that occurred at Food Lion located at 951 Fairystone Park Hwy., Stanleytown, Virginia on March 23, 2020 at 11:49 pm.
Two male subjects entered the store and both of them brandished a handgun while demanding the employees give them the money. After taking an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, the two suspects fled the store on foot. Deputies arrived on scene at 11:50 pm and utilized a K-9 to track the suspects to a location where it’s believed they got into a vehicle and fled the area.
The two suspects were heavily clothed, and wearing masks to conceal their identity. Both suspects were described as a black male believed to be in their early 20’s, approximately 6’1” to 6’2” with a thin build.

The Crimestoppers Program offers rewards up to $2500.00 for information related to crime. The nature of the crime and the substance of the information determine the amount of reward paid.
