Catalytic Converter Thefts Increasing Across Franklin Co.

From the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department: “In the past few weeks, Franklin County has seen an increase in catalytic converter thefts. The Office of the Sheriff is asking residents be on the lookout for anything that may look suspicious.
