SENIOR ALERT Issued for Newport News Woman

NEWPORT NEWS – The Virginia State Police has issued a Senior Alert for an elderly woman who suffers from cognitive impairment.

Marva Keyser, 77, was last seen Sunday at 3:30 p.m. on Wellesley Drive in Newport News.

“The disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety,” police said in a news release Monday morning.

Marva is African-American and weighs around 150 pounds, investigators say. She was last wearing a light jacket, long sleeve pink shirt, and red shorts.
