NC Amber Alert Cancelled: Suspect and Children Found

HIGH POINT, N.C. —An Amber Alert was canceled Tuesday night for four High Point children, officials said.

 

 

Mikiyah Woods, 10, Yakiyah Lecco, 8, Tanez Lecco, 5, and Natez Lecco, 3, were reported missing earlier in the day.

They were found Tuesday night.

No other information was released.

HIGH POINT, NC - Local police have issued an amber alert for four missing children this evening. The are searcing for the suspected adbductor, Dominique Lashawn Lecco. (pictured) 

Dominique Lashawn Lecco is described as approximately 29 years old,  Black, female, 5 feet  3 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds.   She has black hair and brown eyes.   

High Point, NC The vehicle is a Tan 2001 Dodge Intrepid with NC license tag number DDX2134. 

High Point and the surrounding area is not very far at all from our southern-most areas, that border North Carolilna.

So, even in VA, keep and eye out!!! Call 9-1-1 if you see the car or recognize the suspect.

RALEIGH 6:11 PM -- The High Point Police department is searching for 4 missing children:   Mikiyah Woods,  Yakiyah Lecco,  Tanez Lecco and  Natez Lecco. 
 
Mikiyah Woods is an approximately 10-year-old Black female, approximately 12 inches long, weighing 1 pounds.   She has none hair, and none eyes.   

Yakiyah Lecco is a 8-year-old Biracal female, approximately 12 inches long, weighing 1 pounds.   She has unk hair, and unk eyes.   

Tanez Lecco is an approximately 5-year-old Biracial male, approximately 12 inches long, weighing 1 pounds.   He has unk hair, and unk eyes.   

Natez Lecco is an approximately 3-year-old Biracial male, approximately 12 inches long, weighing 1 pounds.   He has unk hair, and unk eyes.   

Allegedly, there is 1 abductor:   Dominique Lashawn Lecco.   Dominique Lashawn Lecco is described as approximately 29 years old,  Black, female, 5 feet  3 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds.   She has black hair and brown eyes.

Trivia Night March 3 to Help Support F.C. Perinatal Education Center

trivianightROCKY MOUNT - The Franklin County Perinatal Education Center is teaming up with the Bootlegger Cafe for Trivia Night. From 6-9 p.m., 10% of food and drinks at the Bootlegger Cafe will go towards the Perinatal Education Center.

The game itself is free and starts at 7 p.m. There will also be a 50/50 drawing.

The first place price in the trivia game is a 25$ gift card to the Bootlegger. The second place winner gets a t-shirt, and the 3rd place prize is a Bootlegger mug.

United Way's 'Shine and Dine' Returning in April
