Ferrum Men’s Lacrosse Falls 11-4 at Home to Grove City

FERRUM, Va. — Ferrum College’s men’s lacrosse team fell 11-4 to Grove City College in non-conference action tonight at W.B. Adams Stadium.

THE BASICS
Grove City led 3-0 after one quarter and never trailed. Mackoy Bodmer got Ferrum on the scoreboard at 1:27 of the second quarter and the Panthers trailed 3-1 at the break.

The teams traded two goals each to open the third quarter, then the Wolverines scored four in a row to put the game out of reach at 9-3.

Jack Sheehan ripped a shot past Grove City goalkeeper R.J. Miller with 6:08 left to play, but Grove City added two goals in the waning minutes for the final count.
